About
The award-winning Quarteto Van Kuijk returns to Gulbenkian Música with a varied and demanding programme. Chosen by the BBC as a New Generation Artist for 2015–17 and selected for the prestigious ECHO Rising Stars series in the 2017/18 season, the Quarteto Van Kuijk has established itself as one of the most exciting quartets performing today. It has played in the world's leading concert halls and recorded albums to unanimous acclaim. For The Guardian, "the style, energy and sense of risk" of the French quartet explain the magnetism of its concerts.
