SONOS LUSUS – Uma viagem musical entre Portugal e Brasil

SONOS LUSUS – An 18th-century musical journey, a project by the Orquestra Barroca D'Aquém Mar that proposes a journey through the musical heritage shared between Portugal and Brazil in the 18th century. Drawing on repertoires and composers linked to both sides of the Atlantic, the concert recovers the dialogues, circulations and encounters that marked 18th-century Luso-Brazilian musical creation. In SONOS LUSUS, musicians specialised in historical instruments are joined by two Brazilian soloists.
